Australia Dairy Company (澳洲牛奶公司) is a traditional Hong Kong cafe  ( cha chaan teng) , in Jordan. very famous in steamed milk pudding, scrambled eggs with milk, toast and custard dishes which is very smoothy in texture. Another famous aspect is its rush hour services, you better decided what to eat before you sit down . Anyway, many locals still like this cafe so much as it's dishes is very good in taste and it is a good experience. Even some locals think the service characteristics is one of the experience you have to gain in HK. As Hong Kong, You know ? People walk like running and eat like swallowing. So the rush Hour service here also represented Hong Kong life style. 

The company was named by the founder, who had worked on an Australian farm in the 1940s.it is one of the oldest cafe in Hong Kong. It has been mentioned by The Guardian as one of the top 10 budget restaurants in Hong Kong.
